Summer Book Reading Challenge – How did I do?

I did alright, as it happens. I managed ten books, seven of them from my original list.

As ever, a few books sneaked onto the list in place of others. And I read an additional three books for Women in Translation Month.

I knocked books off my teetering To Read piles, then bought more books to replace the. I’m back up to 140 unread books again.

One of last summer’s books failed to make it again this year. I’m going to read it soon, though, along with the other two from this year’s list that got dropped. I also didn’t manage to read The Deptford Trilogy for Robertson Davies’ birthday this weekend just gone. I’ll save that one for next year.
